Return Policy
Need to return an item? Returning an item is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Enter your five-digit order number and email address in the form below. Our system will create a return label. The return fee is $8.95 per order.*
All returns must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. Returns received after this deadline will be returned to the customer.
2. Returned items must be in new condition and accompanied by the original packaging, including the shoe box and all labels. To ensure the original shoe box remains intact, please place it in a separate box or shipping bag. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping container. If the shoe box is damaged (for example, if it's taped shut), we will not be able to resell the shoes as new and will not issue a refund.
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns.
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories (including but not limited to headbands and hats) and swimwear are not eligible for returns.
Due to the current COVID situation, toys are not eligible for returns.
Items purchased from our "Final Sale" section are not returnable or exchangeable. Items containing the discount code "FINALSALE" in the code name are not returnable or exchangeable. For example, "FINALSALEBOOTS," "FINALSALE50," etc. Items marked "Final Sale" in the product description are not returnable or exchangeable.
All Black Friday sale items are final sale! No returns or exchanges.
A 19% restocking fee applies to sale items*.
We regret the need to charge a restocking fee on returned sale items, but the packaging and shipping costs are considerable. While we could increase the price of all sale items to cover these costs, we choose to keep prices as low as possible and only recoup the return costs from the actual returned item. *A sale item is defined as an item discounted 25% or more from the original (strike-through) price.
*If you live outside the United States and wish to return an item, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please email Support@EverleighCastillo.shop and we will provide you with a return authorization and return address.
We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
